Formatting of CSV's generated by SSRS

I’m using a new report to generate CSV’s used by an external barcode and label printing software. The problem is that it needs CSV’s with specific formatting and I can’t seem to do this.

The CSV’s generated have an extra blank line at the bottom of the CSV and label headers at the top. How can I get rid of these? The design I’m using is a one line table with just the field values and the headers removed but it still prints the field names.

I’ve edited the rsreportserver config file to set the parameter on CSV rendering to true but this doesn’t seem to have had an effect even after restarting the SQL server and reporting services on the reporting server.

Is there an additional step that needs to be taken to make this work with reports called through AX 2012?
