Some of the users cannot personalize even a single form.
They are not getting the above marked option.
Can anybody tell me what could be the issue ?
You have to give them permissions. What’s the version of your AX?
It’s AX 2012. Can you tell me exactly which rights are missing ?
By default, the form is covered by Client essentials privilege (included in Use basic functionality duty). Of course, I have no idea how your system is configured.
