Form Grid Level problem

dear all,

I need to display the all the related records ( Charges) in grid manner of form based on " individual ID" when click on button,

so i wrote while select statement on the button clicked method but i am getting last ID charges values int he grid for every ID,

ex… ID fee Admin fee wokingcharges labourcharges

1 10 20 20 40

2 10 20 20 40

but i want different values (Charges ) based on ID.

pls suggest me and guide me.

Can you tell us bit clearly ? better show your code.
