Working for an international distribution company, I am tasked to make sure that our customers and vendors in countries other than US & Canada have their addresses format correct. Not all countries use a Street, City, County, Zip the way the US does. Mexico & Other Country addresses many times include a neighborhood or district name. I do not know if i should use the County field for this data or to just leave it up to the CSR users to enter the data correctly (Gasp!!!)
In country table there is Address Format field that you can setup for every country. As far what they suppose to be, you can lookup in Cronus. For countries that is not in the list, I guess you have to ask the customer or somebody local?
Create a report and in this report check all the entered data.
Run this report every time you create or change a contact.

Thanks, I have the address maps and addressformats done, My question has more of a Data centric view. and a postal code import scripting. where to put the data provided to feed the formatting.
