I had done an implementation for a Flower/Horticulture Industry in India.
Based on my experience, I can say that Navision suits most of the requriements with very little modifications.
And modifications also are limited to creating additiona batch jobs to distribute consumption of Chemicals/Fertilisers etc. to a Crop.( Try treating One crop/One greenhouse as a Production Order.)
Using the Lot control and Basic Manufacturing, It was easlier for us.
I suggest you make a list of macro level requirements from the business and carry out a Gap Analysis. And than try to think of configurations too in this manner.
