Financial Statements

Hi all

I’m having a really tough time trying to format a financila statement for a client. They want their Balance Sheet to show something like this :

CASH AND BANKS

Accounts1

Accounts2

Accounts3

Subtotal Accounts 3

Accounts 4

Subtotal Accounts 4

More accounts

TOTAL CASH AND BANKS

The issue I’m having is that I can’t use a group total at the header/group level, because then it will add in the subtotals, effectively adding them twice. So I’ve tried to make a subtotal for each account “group”, and then add a calculation at the end to take all the subtotals and add them. But it looks as if it’s only coming up with the first account in the first group for that group’s subtotal, and for the overall total.

Anyone have any ideas? I can post the options I’ve used in the various groups and calculations if it will help.
