Failure to Put Away Items

Hi Guys,

We have a client running Nav 4.02 Warehouse funtionality with main Whse using Directed Put Away.

Problem

Recently a purchase order was recieved partialy 3 times into this warehouse.Warehouse recipts were created but unfortunately the Whse receipts can not be put Away.The bin content window shows these items are in the Recieve Zone.

What could be the problem ? How can these items be moved to storage area?

You can move items between bins using warehouse movement’s document. But you should check is the reason for put-way don’t allow posting. You should check if item tracking is correctly applied, etc.

Hi,

I have tried the suggestion but i get a message saying’‘Recieve must be No in bin type =RECIEVE’’ where RECIEVE is the receipt are in the system.
