On what page is this field visible for editing?

There is no link to any other table so this is effectively free nunbering. So if this is on the vendor page card (not be default on Nav 2009 or 2013) you can edit in the usual way. If not just add to the page 26 and then edit.

Do you know how to add the field to a page? If not I can create screen shots showing how to do this in Nav 2015 and send you a web short cut off our Dynamics Nav support web site.

And yes, its true that this field is not used anywhere in NAV Database.

Yes I know how to do that. But as we try to keep NAV as default als possible (in regard to updates) I’ll probably will not add it and edit the field via the RapidStart tool.
