I’ve only been using Dynamics AX 4.0 for a few months, so I’m still getting to grips with it.
I seem to have endless trouble export data to Excel. Right now I need to export my vendor table (either all tabs or custom fields) to Excel to review the data.
I assumed the easiest way was to create a custom report and then use file>send>save to file>save as xls. However this just seems to dump the data into Excel in a way that it is impossible to arrange into columns.
I’m assuming there is a quicker and easier way to lift the data as a table into Excel. Any help would be much appreciated.
