Exporting Customer ledger Entries to Excel

Hello,

Have a user who goes into the customer ledger entries, then clicks on the Excel export icon and gets the following message.

The Parameter string ’ ’ for the mcrosoft excel program is not valid.

Contact your system administrator.

Any suggestions on cause and resolution ?.

Best is click on Entries Press CTRL+A it will select all the entries

Press CTRL+C and then press CTRL+V on excel sheet.

It will copy the data.

32 or 64 bit machine?

goto :

Administration → IT Administration ->General Setup → Launch Application

check whether EXCEL.EXE is there

64 BIT PC and have checked Launch application which is set to EXCEL.EXE
