please help me

Your NAV Service tier is not running.Restart RTC then try!!
May be you can Restart you service and then try if opening RTC too doesn’t work.

Hi Ahmed,

This is strange because the service seems to be running if you can go to export to a data file page.

Is database synchronised? Try to synchronise.

Are objects in the same version and build of service and RTC Client?

As Ponc suggested, this is could be a database issue. Something happens when you activate the export that causes the NAV server to stop. What happens if you say yes, does it continue or what happens to the client?

It may also be a permission issue. I assume this is a locally installed NAV (but which version and build), with everything running on your pc (client, NAV server, SQL server). Did you install it “as administrator”?

But one thing scared me:

NEVER EVER USE EXPORT TO DATA FILE AS A BACKUP REPLACEMENT!

The data file export function is only for test purposes, for a developer needing a copy of a clients company, or for build test companies etc. Always use SQL Server for reliable backups! Even if it may work as a backup, then I have had way too many examples on a data file which cannot be imported again.
