Exchange Rate in AX

Hi AllStar,

How axapta update/check the exchange rate for every month? is it using the web service?

AX 2012 uses exchange rate providers for this purpose. They can, but don’t have to, use web services. You can also create new exchange rate providers.

You should always mention the AX version in question, otherwise we’re all wasting time and energy.

Which AX 2009 feature are you talking about? I’m not aware that AX 2009 includes any automatic update of exchange rates out of the box.
