You can use standard excel templates wizard in AX to import data in AX tables directly. But since you have not specifically told which table data. I ll suggest you to give the information which master table data you want to import like you said Finacial Master data. does it mean chart of accounts or opening balances or dimension or etc.
Please go to Admin>periodic>excel templates wizard, select the table you want to import data, export the tables, fill up the data, and import it back
