Excel Export

We have a client who when they use the excel export button, it generates a text format file in excel.

They are using 5.0 SP1.

Does anyone have any ideas/solutions to this problem

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Andrew,

Did you check the file that is created? It may be a Excel saved as a .txt.

Are you getting this from a standard export or is it a custom export?

Its just the standard export function, using the quick button on the tool bar, so doesn’t save, it just creates a sheet.
