Event ID 1000 when exporting to Word or Excel

Hi all

We have a problem on some computers when exporting a sales quotation to Word or Excel. I cannot find any information regarding this scenario and the Event Log does not have a description for the error. The log entry is as follows:

Sorry if that’s a bit long-winded, but I would rather include too much information than too little.

I’m afraid I do not know which command the /AUXSOURCE flag is used with, so I haven’t been able to get more information.

Any ideas would be welcome. The workstations are all Windows XP with SP3, Navision 5.0 SP1, Kaspersky Antivirus for Workstations V6 and MS Office 2007 Pro Plus.

You don’t write if you are using the style sheet functionality to export? Did you apply platform update 1 to your NAV 5.0 SP1?

I confirmed with one of the implementation team guys and we are using style sheet functionality. He doesn’t know about platform update 1, though, and I’ve done a little digging but not found a downloadable update. If you have a link handy, that would be great - today has been a little too hectic to search thoroughly…

We also have issues with business notification - would these two areas be related?
