Hi, anyone know howto solve this error (I’ve tried to reinstall but with no luck) the error apair abot 20 times a day. On our second Citrix Server we’ll get this error (Both servers works fine with no problem in Navision that I know of but one never know with errors in the event log) Event Type: Warning Event Source: MsiInstaller Event Category: None Event ID: 1004 Date: 2003-08-06 Time: 09:06:11 User: N/A Computer: LUMF02 Description: Detection of product ‘{00000000-0000-3100-0190- 0000836BD2D2}’, feature ‘NavisionSolutions’, component ‘{BD2C6CD8-9296-4C75-AC00-C20D8C81F04A}’ failed. The resource ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Microsoft Input Devices\Mouse\Exceptions\1501\Filename’ does not exist.
Hi. We have the same errors on our citrix servers. I found a posting somwhere that came up with following solution (note! I haven’t tried this because the errors haven’t bothered me that much yet 
: Open Regedit on the citrix server HKEY_Classes_Root\Installer\Products Under Reg Key Products there are many Registry keys. One of them begins with a lot of 00000000000. This key belongs to the Nav. client (note ! if you have installed the c/odbc -drivers on the server you vil have 2 keys starting with a lot of 000000000000000) Export the registry-key belonging to the Nav-klient to a reg-fil for backup. Then delete the registry-key. This should solve the problem. Like I said before I haven’t tried this so let me know how it worked out. good luck!
