I am getting the following Error while using any Report in AX 2012:
(( The default Report Server Configuration ID could not be found in the SRSServers table. ))

As the error states The default Report Server Configuration ID could not be found in the SRSServers table.
This looks similar to an issue in AX 2009, where you need to ensure that the correct SSRS URL is assigned, this (in AX 2009) is set in;
Administration → Business Analysis → Reporting Services → Reporting Servers
The path in AX 2012 might be different but I am sure you will find it in Administration - if not check on Google where the URL is stores. Or browse to the table in the AOT.
You will also need to make sure that you have a SSRS configuration for every end-user AOS that is marked as the default configuration.
