  1. Install Real-time service without configuration.

  2. Configure Real-time service by PowerShell. Link - technet.microsoft.com/…/hh575229.aspx

If Error ----- Failed to install Windows Feature [Application-Server].
— Solution ----

  1. Kindly find ServerManagerCMD under C:\Windows\System32.
  2. If that is not available then make copy ServerManager and rename as ServerManagerCMD
    3.Re-run the PowerShell Script.
