An error message as below

This message is for C/AL programmers:

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={F5078F18-C551-11D3-89B9-0000F81FE221}-6.0:{88D96A05-F192-11D4-A65F-0040963251E5}:Unknow Automation Server.Unknow Class.

check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and register.

Press OK to continue but it not work after click OK

Hi Alven,

From googling the GUID, it seems that you don’t have MSXML installed on the client side.

Try This :

Uninstall Microsft Excel and then install it again

Hey Alexander, I never knew that the GUID was specific for a particular product, I always thought they were randomly generated each time you registered a new OLE.

Not only product, but even its version… This sometimes causes problems, when different workstations have different Excel versions installed…
