error : unable to logon to dynamic ax

Dear all

I can’t open my client with this error : Unable to logon to dynamic ax. All the stored password have been removed but it didn’t work either. Anybody can help?

Verify the domain user account is locked or not with your system administrator.

Hi,

If you are able to log into your computer, then you should be able to connect to AX. Check whether your user is not disabled in AX. Do you see any more error message in Event viewer?
