Error: "There is no Active Session within the filter"

Hello All,
On the NAV 2012 R2 - RTC, Sometimes when I change companies, I get the below error. I have to close the RTC and re-launch it to change the company.
“There is no Active Session within the filter. Filters: Server Instance ID:34, Session ID:743…”

Do you have any customization while opening company?

No customization that I know of. We do have different profiles defined for different people, if that’s what you mean.
