Error: The rounding amount '-4.00' is more than the allowed '10.00' for store 'Store1'.

Hi,

I am facing error The rounding amount ‘-4.00’ is more than the allowed ‘1.00’ for store ‘Store1’. while posting a statement when i allowed rounding in General ledger > Currencies and rounding in payment method for Cash.

And to resolve this error i have performed this,

Retail>Common>Retail Channels>Retail Store> open Store “Store1” >Statement/Closing > enter maximum rounding amount 10 in Rounding.

but the issue is same. please let me know if u have any solution.

can you try setting up the “maximum penny difference” value to “-4” and check what happens.

Hi Santosh,

I have already defined posting profile in GL for ‘Penny difference in reporting currency/ accounting currency’… but the error is same.
