Error populating while configuring payroll in AX 2012 R3

Hi All,

When I configure payroll in AX 2012 R3 I am getting an error "Form HcmPayrollScaleLevel requires an active buffer of type HcmPayrollFrame. Please help me in resoling this error.

What exactly are you doing? Does it happen every time or only under certain conditions? Do you have any customizations there?
