Error on printing Purchase Order

Hello,

I am receiving the following message when attempting to Print a purchase order , after selcting print, the following error is received,

The Document Dimension archieve already exists.

any ideas ?

Clear ‘Document Dimension Archive’ table (ID 5106) of the previous transactions. Got similar error when I tried to reuse the master data of the same company by deleting all transaction but forgot to delete certain history tables like posted comments and posted document dimensions.

what would be the root cause for this issue? as i do get periodic issue at times.
