Error Message : The definition of the field User was changed after the object was saved.

Hi,

I have created two new fields on the Comments Line table on Navision.

  1. Alert Date - Date

  2. User - Code

The alert date field is for storing a date value (a follow up date) and the user field is to store the User ID (the user login name). This customisation is for creating a comments form with search options (search by user/ entry date/ follow up date).

Now, I am getting the below error message when I try to access the Comments through Customer Card (either through Comments Button or through the Comments from the Customer menu).

The definition of the field User was changed after the object was saved.
Old type: Text
New type: Code

OK

Can anyone please provide some help on this?

Complie again form giving error.

There are no errors while compiling the form.

Error message displays only when I click on the Comment button on Customer card.

Compile comments forms not customer card.
