We have an intermittent problem with the PSAPurchaseOrder SSRS report in AX2012. The error message occurs every few days, despite following the suggestions I’ve seen on several AX forums (i.e. restart the AOS and deploy the report again).
We can fix it temporarily by restarting the reporting services instance, but it is still causing problems for our customer as it usually happens during the day while they are trying to process purchase orders, and they have to wait for us to restart the service. We have a scheduled job to restart the service every morning, but it is still happening from time to time.
Other users seem to have had this happen a couple of times, then it doesn’t happen again, but we are getting it 2 or 3 times a week.
Anybody experience the same problem and managed to fix it permanently?
