Error "Lack of RFID tag" occurs when update the Picking list registration in SO

When the user press Update selected in Picking list registration of a Sales order, it pops up an error message says that lack of RFID tag. Maybe the error message is not described here exactly, because the user gave me the screen shot show in another language.

The RFID function in Inventory parameters has not been activated.

Does anyone has the experience of this problem?
