Error in XML port designer

Hi

I am getting an error You don’t have permission read the 'Item XML port. Contact your system administrator.

I tried to read the XML port design through Object designer – XML port — Selected Item (8002)—clicked on design

Please give me a solution i don’t understand why it is coming. The user which i am operating is set as super user only

Hi ,

Check the license which you are using, you need a development license to design objects. Otherwise if the user which you are operating is configured as SUPER in only one company then remove the company in the Roles form (company field) and leave it blanck.
