I have done below steps.

  1. Full build for all models
  2. Data sync
  3. checked whether error is coming while connecting SQL or not. (No error is coming when connecting to sql)
  4. TCP IP port is enabled in SQL Configuration manager
  5. SQL Services are running

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Govind

this has been resolved by build model Application suit and model where i was working with data syncronization. after this build and sync reset iis and restart and refresh iis manager
