I am using Microsoft Dynamics AX v. 5 or the 2009 edition. One of our users complained that she cannot create a new customer under the Accounts Receivable Module. An error log appears “cannot create new customer, customer already exist”. But the customer code and other information is unique. It is our first time to encounter this error since we can always create new customers from the AR Module. There seems to be no conflict in number sequence or global address.
