Error in AX 2009 Role Center: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

Hi there,

I am getting below error in Sales vs. Target Report. Other reports works fine. Any clue on how it can be fixed?

  • An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Get Online Help
    • Query execution failed for dataset ‘CompanyDefault’. (rsErrorExecutingCommand) Get Online Help
      • Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
        - Dynamics Adapter LogonAs failed.
        - Dynamics Adapter LogonAs failed.
        - Logon error : Connection with the Application Object Server could not be established.

Leave the Execution account blank on SSRS 2005 or set to BC Proxy account on SSRS 2008 (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1 only)

Application pool for SSRS 2005 should be running as the BC Proxy account.

Thank you for your response.

However, i am getting same problem even after i did this. Means, i am having Windows 2003 Server environment with SSRS 2008. I am using single domain account for all access. Including BP Proxy, SSRS execution account etc.,

Any other clue on how it can be fixed?
