Error in accessing new features in Nav 5.0 client?

Hello,

After installing Nav 5.0 Client (italy version)in Window xp and MS Office 2003 sucessfully.i am not able to access the new features in nav 5.0(send documents to Word(Ctrl+W),Send to Excel(Ctrl+E) functionality).it is giving the following error:

'Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by

GUID={F5078F18-C551-11D3-89B9-0000F81FE221} 6.0:{88D96A05-F192-11D4-A65F-0040963251E5}:Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class.

Check that the OLE Control or Automation server is correctly Installed and registered’

You need to have latest version of MSXML installed also.

Thanks for your reply.As your suggestion,i will install latest version of MSXML but,i don’t think it will solve the above issue because it is related to MS word,Excel…anyway i will try and let you know the details.

if You google the GUID, MSXML is what’s comming up.

Thanks for giving me valuable information.now problem has been solved after Installing MS Xml 6.0.I think navision is maintaining the document in XML and opening it in Word/Excel…
