I had this problem during installation of navision 2013 can anyone help me I don’t know what’s the problem

probably the windows account you use to run the Nav service under does not have the permission “LogonAsService”. (I hope I recall it correctly.)

Well, it was quite some time ago, and also I had to ask Mr. Google for help 
It is related to “Local policies” or “Group policies” and probably it depends on the machine you’re on, if it is a local workstation or a server, in a domain or not… you might want to take a look at this TechNet article: http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/library/cc794944(v=ws.10).aspx
