eror messege General Posting Setup does not exist

hi. i am new here, can someone tell me what is that eror in nav 2013?

"The General Posting Setup does not exist. identification fields and values: gen.bus. posting group="gen.prod.posting group= some word

forgot to say that is when i do a order in service line

That msg means what it says - you have not completed the General Posting Setup.

There are not set up GL Accounts for the combination of “empty” Gen.Bus.PG & the “some word” value of Gen.Prod.PG
(which exactly for the latter I do not know as you didn’t copypaste the msg but instead typed it yourself and substituted the PG code with “some word”)
