I would suggest just read Navision Manuals for Creating reports. It will explore everything.
Just be aware that NAV’s internal report designer really isn’t for end-users. If you are in classic client, then most users can learn to do simple reports here, but it’s not becoming easier with role tailed client and RDLC reports.
JetReports or similar is much easier.
