# Empty Strings and Automation

Hello ! I have a problem with - Navision Financials Version DE 2.60.C and - a Delphi 5 - Automation Server The problem: Everything works fine, all String-Properties of the Automation Server can be read by Navision. But if there is a empty string in one of the Properties Navision reports the error: Internal Error 10 in modul 45 I’m using Delphi widestring (BSTR \* in COM IDL). Any ideas? Thanks in advance
