Employee Master- Title field

Hi All,

In Employee master the title field which gives the info on the post of the employees such as asst manager,senior executive is set up on the system.

But when I go on the Employee list page,if i select any employee I get the basic information of title, mail id,contact no etc in the pane below.

The Title field is blank in that pane.cCan any one tell how to get the details there.

For me I can see the Title of the employee in the grid if I enter the title in Profile - Worker summary - Title.
