I’ve defined my segment. I’ve got my email. I can ‘create interaction’ for one contact (from the contact card), which sends the email. How do I do it for the whole segment ? I’m sure it ought to be dead easy, but I can’t see it. Help! (Navision 3.70, SQL) And is there any chance of it working for other email clients ?
Hello Chris, Have you tried to Log this Segment setting the option “Send attachment” in the request form to “Yes”? (Correspondence type has to be “E-mail”) Best regards, Dmitry
