Email Logging

Hi All, Is there somebody who can explain me how email logging works in Navision Relationship Management? I read the Relationship Management.pdf file but I need some more information… Is there something like a doc explaining not only tech questions but how Navision handle email and how the Queue Folder and the Storage Folder work? Someone here use it? Could you give me some example based on your experience? Thanks very much in advance… I’m a super newbie!!! Bye Bye GpM
