Hi Guys,
When generating a Free Text Invoice report, the fields that is encircled in the image below has no data to show. How can I make those data appeared in the report? and how can i hide the fields “Your Reference” and “Our Reference” in the report?

They need to configured at legal entity level. (the contact information, tax related info…)
The report need to be modified.

But I am new to AX SSRS reports, I was trying to edit the Free Text Invoice in the Visual Studio but I dont know how to hide those two fields. Can you help me on how to edit the SSRS report? or hide the fields? or can you provide screens and procedures? this would help a lot.

Add a new Lable in AOT and assign the label id for the field which you want to change
Add/Edit Label

Once you add you will get the label ID
In visual studio right click on the field which you want to edit and change the label ID. It should wotk
