Easy way to see used tables in NAV 2013 and later?

In the “old” classic versions, to see if a table was in use, the most easy way was to use

File → Database → Information → Tables

But is there an easy way in NAV 2013/2015 to do the same, without running SQL directly?

In NAV 2013 the Information → Tables functionality is still there, has from NAV 2013 R2 due to multi-tenant functionality.

Can you check if the report 104001 included in the upgrade toolkit is useful for your needing?
