hi, I am using excel add-in to create GL entry into AX 2012 by giving header entry only as below:

Up On publishing i am receiving error which says: Cannot create a record in Ledger journal table (LedgerJournalTable). Name: GenJrn, te.
The record already exists.
Now the number sequence attached to journal Batch number is set to “continuous”, so i am not able to understand that why is this error for duplicate key is coming up.
Thoughts please!
