Duplicate Companies

Hello.

We have three accountants using Navision. Today all three accountant had listed under Navision / File our three companies -in duplicate. Eye1 (listed twice) Eye2 (listed twice) and Eye 3 (listed twice).

The senior accountant is alarmed thinking we now have ‘two databases’ of each of the three companies.

This affect never has happened before. The workers simply turned on the computers, and logged into Navision. And there were our companies, in duplicate.

How did this happen? and how can I get them back to a normal Navision screen showing just a single list of the companies?

You need to delete their ZUP file on the client. The ZUP file keeps track of the companies they visited.
