Downtime data upgrade from AX 2009 to AX 2012

How long it takes approximate the downtime to migrate 250 GB of data from AX 2009 (Kernel/Application Version 5.0.1500.6491) to AX 2012 R3?

The downtime actually starts from pre processing data in single user mode (this is done in source AX4 or 2009) till the data upgrade completes in target(AX 2012).
