Downloading 2009SP2 Turkey Version from Partner source

Hi experts,

I want to download 2009 SP2 (I think, SP2 is not available in W1 or few countires location) . Is there any link so that I can download with partner source . I have used link below from Waldo’s blog

But I Only found up to 4.0SP3 but not later versions.
