“an item with the same key has already been added.”
Found this error when i tried to open the output Menu item
which is linked to SSRS report in AX 2012.
Please let me know the soluition for this.

The reason for the error is you are have same name for two column in your report. give different name for the fields if the fields are in different table also[;)]
