double time picking list generation

Hi,

We encounter stray incidents of picking list generated twice for a production order. Needs suggestions to overcome this.

It is in the user settings of start and RAF and how they are changing the status - the user is telling the system to do this by the configuration of the settings - I suggest you review these for the users creating the duplicate picks.

For the same user it is not happening for all the production orders. It happens for particular bom item and some times for a subassy bom it creates double issue only for some items or for all items. We have checked user settings.

it Might happened because you have Selected Post Route Card now while Starting Production Order , Because of that it tries to Generate new Picking List so it Always so that Material Consumption Pending.

if the Problem is Different then Please Send the Screen Shots while you Start the Production.
