doesn't close dos box: r := shell('myop.bat');

Hello; I have been having trouble with the following operation in Navision: ExitValue := shell(‘n:/scripts/dos/web/buildall.bat’); Everything works as expected, but command.com does not exit when finished. What am I doing incorrectly? Brian.

Hi Brian, this is a property of your batch file. In dutch it’s called → ‘Venster sluiten bij afsluiten’ Reijer. Edited by - reijer on 2001 Sep 17 19:03:23

You should try the “exit” command at the end of you Batch-File OR Batch-File-Property: “Close Window at Programm End” (or similar). Ben Benjamin Crause webmaster@amargosasun.de Germany
