Docker has status "Exited" - How to start again ?

Hello,

I’m working on BC Docker Containers since more than 1 year, now my container has status “Excited”

(I’m on Windows 10 with Docker Desktop 2.1.0.4 installed)

If I do a Restart on Docker Desktop the status stays on Exited

How can I get Status Running again ?
