DIXF - unbound fields

Hi ,

Is it possible to import an unbound field data using Data import / export framework (DIXF) in AX2012?

For example, in the Jobs form there is an unbound field “Unlimited”.

I want to import that field value using DIXF .

Please guide.

You import data to database. If you have a calculated value in a form, it’s clearly nothing what can be imported directly. But if the unbound value is determined from something saved in database (such as HcmJob.MaximumPositions field in this case), you can import data to the underlying fields.
